Due to their involvement in the analysis, execution, monitoring and exit of private equity investments, individual candidates must exhibit a history of academic and professional achievement.

Our investment funds hire associates annually in numbers that depend on various factors such as market conditions and anticipated business needs. We typically begin recruiting for our associates in March with a start date beginning May of the same year.

Development Professionals

Trikona’s unique approach to real estate investing requires that we fully analyze and optimize our investment opportunities from the financing to the actual development. Individuals with development skills should apply to the group within Trikona responsible for activities ranging from project conceptualization and architecture, construction, asset management and sales realization.
